Terms of Service
The agreement between you and Same Day Website Launch when you commission a website. Governed by the laws of England & Wales. Last updated 26 April 2026.

1. Definitions
“We”, “us”, “our” means Same Day Website Launch Ltd, registered in England & Wales. “You”, “your” means the customer commissioning a website. “Service” means the website design, build, hosting and launch services described on this site.
2. Order & acceptance
Submitting the briefing form is an offer; we accept by email confirmation, at which point a contract forms. We may decline any brief at our discretion (e.g. unlawful content, hate speech, adult material).
3. Same-day delivery promise
For the Launch and Growth tiers, we commit to delivering a live website on the same UK working day as your brief, provided the brief reaches us by 12:00 noon UK time and you respond to design previews within 60 minutes. If we miss the deadline through our fault, you may claim a full refund within 7 days under our Money-Back Guarantee.
4. Payment
Pricing is one-off, in GBP, ex-VAT. We invoice on delivery (within 24 hours of launch) and require payment within 7 days. Late payment incurs interest at 8% above Bank of England base rate (Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998).
5. Domain & hosting
UK hosting and SSL are included for 12 months from launch. After 12 months we offer renewal at our then-current rate; you may also migrate the site to any host of your choice with our help. The domain is registered in your name from day one.
6. Intellectual property
On full payment, all copyright in the bespoke design and code transfers to you. Third-party assets (fonts, stock photos, plugins) remain governed by their original licences. Our component library and templates remain our property — we grant you a perpetual licence to use them as part of your delivered site.
7. Revisions
Each tier includes the number of revision rounds listed on the pricing page. Additional rounds are billed at our hourly rate, agreed in advance.
8. Cancellation & refunds
- Cancel before work begins: full refund.
- Cancel after design preview but before launch: 50% refund.
- Cancel after launch: no refund (you keep the website).
- Same-day delivery missed through our fault: full refund within 7 days.
9. Liability
Our total liability under or in connection with this contract is limited to the fees you paid for the service. We’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or business interruption. Nothing in this clause excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
10. Force majeure
Neither party is liable for delays caused by events outside reasonable control (natural disasters, war, internet-wide outages, government action).
11. Changes to terms
These terms may be updated for new orders. Existing contracts are governed by the version in force on the order date.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
